This is a wonderful dog for all seasons and all reasons.  There really isn't much you can't do with a Wirehaired Vizsla, except for nothing. They do not do "nothing" well.  They need regular mental and physical exercise and will not thrive as a happy dog in a kennel environment.  They thrive in active, structured homes where they understand their role and live as part of the family.  Browse through a few of our photos here to get a better idea of what the breed is about.  Our dogs spend their days running through our mostly wooded 13 acres, visiting lakes, hiking trails, Wildlife Management Areas, vacation with us regularly to places like Florida, Lake Cumberland or Michigan where they can race up and down the beach, they compete in various "sports", hang out while we're gardening or doing endless projects around the property and sack out in the den in the evening when we're all ready call it a day.  They are our treasured companions first, whom we greatly enjoy sharing our day to day with.
